About the project
Redesigning the face of renewable energy provider New Southern Energy in order to distribute energy projects throughout Africa.
Together with Saltwater Designs, I was tasked to overhaul the Website and Visual Language for NSE. Their goal was to bring them up to speed and overtake their competition online.
Sadly as development started, I had to move onto another project and it was during this time that a new Project Manager joined NSE. With a different vision, they altered the direction of the final project.

Inspired by the contrast of green plants pushing out of the cold grey mountains in Norway, the new green on charcoal grey I’ve selected to represent NSE represents breathing clean life into a dark coal history.
My choice in a font was relatively easy. Lato is a strong clean San Serif that is easy to read and works well enough to be on its own.
